• Any returned items must be packaged in the same manner it was received for shipping purposes

Damages :

• Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
• If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to ricardo@uniquefirepits.com.au  and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. We will send you out a new fire pit to replace the damaged one within a few days of letting us know
